ABOUT US
Jenn Atkinson, M.Ed, Founder & Owner
Jenn Atkinson, M.Ed, is a professional educator with over 15 years of experience serving students in 5A and 6A high schools across central and north Texas, including Leander ISD and Prosper ISD. She has guided hundreds of students toward post-secondary success through both school counseling programs and private education consulting.
A Dallas/Fort Worth native, Jenn graduated in the top 2% of her high school class before earning a B.S. in Kinesiology & Education from UT Austin (Hook ’em!). She spent years teaching math and coaching basketball in central Texas before completing her M.Ed. in School Counseling at Lamar University.
Blending her classroom structure and coaching energy, Jenn now helps students confidently pursue their post-secondary goals.
As a mother of three and lifelong educator, she is passionate about expanding equitable access to the knowledge and strategies that empower students’ futures.




Dr. Debra Hurbough
Dr. Debra Hurbough is an educator with over 28 years in public education, including 25 years as a school counselor across elementary, middle, and high school settings. She currently serves as Lead Counselor for Prosper ISD, supporting students, families, and counseling teams districtwide.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, a Master’s in School Counseling from Texas A&M University–Commerce, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Organizational Change from Baylor University. Her career reflects a strong commitment to student success and systemic growth in education.
In addition to her district leadership, Dr. Hurbough has taught at Amberton University for the past three years, mentoring future educators and counselors. She is especially passionate about guiding students through the college application process, finding joy in supporting their emotional journey and celebrating each college acceptance as a milestone moment.
